About the event

This session is designed to share insights, lessons learned and practical planning into what districts should consider when dealing with difficult negotiation sessions. Dr. Candi Clark will share information on how to prepare for the possibilities of a union strike. Critical conversations will focus on effective communication, politics and the financial reality of school districts. Topics will also include: communication strategies, budget prioritization/realignment, and strategies to avoid a potential strike. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to present specific issues for problem solving with professionals with deep and award-winning backgrounds in the school business and communications fields.
